TRX RTC Training Course
Rip Training utilizes a lever bar and resistance cord to provide a unique mix of rotation, core stability, control, power, strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning, balance and coordination challenges. TRX® has developed a wide assortment of unique, leverage-variable resistance exercise movements, coaching cues, and programming and educational principles using the Rip Trainer, the collection of which comprises Rip Training.
 
TRX FTC Functional Training Course
Participants will learn to how to leverage TRX’s movement based training approach on the TRX Suspension Trainer and Rip Trainer to teach Foundational Movements and progressions and then apply to a variety of training equipment.
FTC of course is different from most other market, is professor single training form or tool training methods and principles. FTC training courses is to use a variety of forms the basis of learning TRX action, including Plank, Push, Pull, Rotation, Hinge, Squat, Lunge. We all of the composite action can be classified as the seven basic action, where we perform every action, based on the need to be flexible, where need to be stable. When we have mastered how to perform basic action, we can use any tools or form to perform these actions, not care about our training tools. TRX course is hope that we can better mobile, better training, and ultimately better teaching!
 
TRX STC Suspension Training Course
Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
